Refund Policy

At JAC Studios, every piece is crafted with care, and we want you to love what you receive. Because our items are often made to order or one-of-a-kind, we have a few guidelines in place for refunds and exchanges.

All Sales are final

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to make it right.

To report an issue, email us at [Your Email Address] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

Once we review your claim, we’ll follow up with next steps. In most cases, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package seems to be missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’re happy to help however we can in resolving the issue

Custom Work

All commissioned or personalized pieces are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once production begins.
